House Rules

• Policies and Guidelines for Your Stay at Ocean Forest Infinity
• Security Deposit: A security deposit of Rs. 20,000/- is required at check-in for brief stays (via cash or credit card hold), and Rs. 50,000/- for extended stays (cash only). This deposit will cover any damages or lost items during your stay.
• Substance Use: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Indoor smoking is not permitted and will incur a cleaning fee of Rs. 10,000/- per room for deodorizing.
• Visitor Policy: We maintain a strict no-visitor policy. All guests must be accurately
  reported at the time of booking and upon arrival. Access will be denied to anyone not included in the original reservation.
• Pet Policy: Generally, pets are not allowed. However, exceptions can be made for specific pets with prior confirmation from our booking team and may incur an additional charge.
• Noise Restrictions: Our villa is located in a quiet residential area. Loud music and parties are not allowed after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Family-Friendly Environment: Designed as a tranquil retreat for families and couples, we kindly ask all guests to respect our house rules for a pleasant stay.
• Wi-Fi Access: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the villa.
• Cleaning Services: Daily cleaning is provided, with linen changes every other day for your convenience.
• Pool Safety: For the safety of children, please supervise them closely around the pool area.
• Parking Regulations: Local regulations prohibit parking outside the premises. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• Music Considerations: While we appreciate the enjoyment of music, we kindly ask that you keep volumes down after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
• In-Villa Dining: Enhance your experience with our in-villa chef service, available at an additional cost for private dining.
• Caretaker Availability: A caretaker is available to assist you from 8 AM to 7 PM. Please note that requests for assistance after 7 PM will incur an additional fee of Rs. 1000/- for every two hours.
• Damage Compensation: Any damages or missing items will be charged against the security deposit collected at check-in.
