House Rules

• Outside food is not allowed in the villa.
• Guests may not enter the kitchen, except infants with prior permission.
• Additional guests or day visitors are not permitted.
• Bachelor groups and stag parties are strictly prohibited.
• Parties and loud music are discouraged after 10 PM.
• Alcohol is allowed but should be consumed in moderation.
• Illegal activities, including drug use and possession of firearms,
  are strictly forbidden. Management will report any such actions to authorities.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa or in the rooms.
• The pool is unsupervised; children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests are responsible for their valuables; management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• All guests over 18 must provide a government-issued photo ID with an address (e.g., Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport).
• Inappropriate behavior or rule violations may result in booking refusal or expulsion.
• For events like weddings or milestones, prior approval from management is required, which may involve additional fees for arrangements and cleanup. Please notify us during booking.
• A security deposit of ₹5000 per room is required.
