Villa Description
Frosted Forest Villa, nestled on a 1.8-acre property, is surrounded by 300 fruit trees and 100
pine and deodar trees, all preserved during construction. Embracing a “Farm to Table”
philosophy, the villa follows ancient Indian agricultural methods and offers vegetarian meals.
The 7,000 sq ft house features a kitchen, two dining rooms, a drawing room with a fireplace,
a TV lounge, and four spacious rooms across two floors, accommodating up to 14 guests.
Each room offers unique views, with balconies throughout, blending eclectic style and nature
seamlessly.
Shanti Room
Our cosiest room with white brick walls and wooden panels. This room has rooftop windows
that give you a view of the tree tops and skies beyond. On a starry night, you can lie in bed
and stargaze. This room lets you step out from the bathroom onto the highest point of the
house, giving you your own private sunset point. It is the only room on the second floor.

House Rules
No Loud Music: Loud music is strictly prohibited in open areas at all times.
Bonfire: A bonfire can be arranged on a chargeable basis at ₹500 per bag of wood.
Visitors: No visitors are allowed in the villa during your stay.
Identification: Please share valid ID proof for all guests, including children, either
beforehand or at check-in.

Advance Payment: Please note that the advance payment is non-refundable.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or closed spaces. However, you
may smoke in designated areas such as balconies, the garden, and open spaces.
GST Billing: For GST billing or credit, kindly provide the Himachal Pradesh GST number only.
