Welcome to Frosted Red Haven, nestled in the serene mountains of Fagu. Our charming
three-storey villa offers a unique retreat, featuring three cozy rooms on the ground floor and
four inviting rooms on the first floor. The entire second floor is dedicated to recreation and
relaxation, providing ample space for you to unwind.
We rent our rooms individually, ensuring that each guest enjoys the comfort of our spacious
accommodations and luxurious washrooms that stand out from the crowd. However, what
truly sets us apart is our warm and attentive hospitality. We strive to create a delightful
atmosphere that makes every guest feel at home.

About Home
Our seven rooms have been crafted with love and care, each possessing its own distinctive
charm. In line with our vision of connecting people with nature and fostering a deeper
appreciation for its breathtaking beauty, we’ve named our rooms after the diverse tree
species that flourish in our surroundings and play a vital role in the forest cover of Himachal
Pradesh. Each name reflects the natural splendor that envelops our property, inviting you to
immerse yourself in the tranquility of the great outdoors
Walnut- Standard Room
Located on the ground floor, this room is easily accessible even by those who have trouble
climbing stairs. Having a very cozy interior, with handpicked carpets, big cupboards, and a
very stylish bathroom, this room feels like home.

Things To Do
We often get asked- what’s there to do around the property, and we like to say, while there
are various things to do here, the best thing to do at the shire is to just sit back and enjoy the
breathtaking views from the property, take a moment from hyperactive lifestyle, relax and
hear the birds chirping all day, or watch the colourful butterflies as they hover around the
garden going from flower to flower. Bask in the sun in our beautiful lawn, feel the cool fresh
mountain breeze and fill your lungs with pollution free air.
House Rules
We only accept full villa bookings on special dates like New Years, all weekends of June and
long weekends. Do get in touch with us for enquiries related to those dates
Children 8 years and above are chargeable, irrespective of whether guests require extra
bedding or not. Nannies or maids accompanying the guests are fully chargebale.
Prior permission of the property is required for bringing pet. Pet fee 500 per day
Driver Accommodation available – Rs. 500 per day, Meals extra.
Kindly confirm the availability, at the time of accepting the booking. We are not responsible
for any
bookings taken by you without checking latest availability with us.
We serve vegetarian meals in the package
Lunch, Snacks and non veg dishes can be ordered A La carte
We require 100% advance payment to confirm the booking.
Please read the cancellation policy on the next page. No requests for refund will be entertained
outside of the cancellation policy.
1. Check in time- 2pm Check out time- 11am
2. Smoking/Hukkah is strictly prohibited indoors
3. Causing noise pollution is strictly prohibited and guests must respect the property’s policy
on loud music and silent hours.
4. Disturbing the peace of other guests or unruly behaviour is not permitted. Not adhering to
a
decency code or violation of our policies can result in removal from property without a
refund
5. Any breakage or damage of any item in the property by the guest shall be chargeable as
‘actuals’
Cancellation Policy:- in case of cancellation, the amount that will be refunded out of the total
tariff of the entire period booked shall be as follows
1. Cancellation made atleast fifteen days prior to the day of check in- 70% refund of total
booking amount
2. Cancellation made atleast seven days prior to the day of check in- 40% refund of total
booking amount
3. In case of No Shows or cancellation made less than seven days before the check in date-
no refund
