House Rules

Check-out: Before 10 AM
Please note the following house rules:
Outside food is not permitted in the villa.
Guests may not access the kitchen, except for infants with prior permission.
Inviting additional guests or day visitors is not allowed.
Bachelor groups and stag parties are strictly prohibited.
We discourage parties and loud music after 10 PM.
Alcohol consumption is permitted, but must remain within reasonable limits.
Illegal activities, including drug use and possession of firearms, are strictly forbidden.
Management reserves the right to report any such activities to authorities.
Smoking inside the villa and rooms is not allowed.
The pool is unsupervised; children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
Guests are responsible for their personal valuables; management is not liable for any loss,
theft, or damage.
All guests over 18 must present a government-issued photo ID with an address, accepted
forms include Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports.
Inappropriate behavior or violations of these rules may result in a refusal of booking or
expulsion if already checked in.
For special occasions like weddings or milestone events, prior management approval is
required, along with potential additional fees for arrangements and cleanup. Please inform us
at the time of booking.

A security deposit of ₹5000 per room is required.

Things to do

The villa is equipped with a range of activities to keep you occupied. The infinity swing
will offer you a 360-degree view of the mountains and valleys around.
The emerald waters of the infinity pool are perfect to swim around while taking in the
mesmerizing views, or for some good old pool parties!
Gather around the bonfire and catch up with your loved ones as your gorge on some
delicious barbeque.
Spend some quality time with your family and friends playing games like volleyball,
basketball, archery, climbing net, and darts. If you prefer the indoors, the villa is
stocked with board games such as Snakes and Ladders, Ludo, chess, carrom, playing
cards and UNO.
There is also ziplining specially for kids!
A private waterfall with a natural pool is formed at the backside of the villa during
monsoons – have the time of your life splashing around in this natural wonder!
If you are the adventurous type, the Morgiri trek is just 10 minutes (3.5 km) away from
the villa, while the Tung fort is 12 minutes (5.4 km) away.
