appointed bedrooms, each complemented by its own en-suite bathroom, along with a
generous living area and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Outside, guests
can unwind in private outdoor spaces, which include a serene garden and a sparkling
swimming pool, providing the ultimate retreat. With stylish furnishings and modern amenities
throughout, this villa promises an unparalleled and secluded getaway set within the resort’s
lush, picturesque surroundings.
House Rules

Smoking: Allowed only in designated areas; no smoking inside the villa or near
flammable items.
Security: Store valuables in the safe provided; management is not responsible for
theft. Lock doors when leaving or sleeping. A ₹500 fee applies for lost keys.
Pool Safety: Adults must supervise children under 14 in the pool and hot tub. No food
or drinks near the pool.
Guest Limit: Only registered guests may stay. Unauthorized guests will incur a ₹3000
per person, per night fee and may forfeit the security deposit.
Amenities Use: Guests use facilities at their own risk; Elysium Gateway is not liable for
injuries or accidents.
Furniture Use: Do not move furniture from designated areas.
Prohibited Items: No weapons, drugs, or illegal items; violations will be reported.
Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum, especially from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
disruptive behavior may result in eviction.
Housekeeping: Available on request; towels and linens for indoor use only; please bring
your own beach towels.
Use of Premises: The villa is for accommodation only; commercial activities are not
allowed.
Damages: Any property damage will be deducted from the ₹15,000 security deposit.
