Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is at 14:00 hrs, and check-out is at 11:00 hrs.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Ou: These options are subject to availability and may
incur additional charges.

KINDLY SETTLE ANY OUTSTANDING AMOUNTS 24 HRS BEFORE CHECK-IN
IDENTIFICATION
Guest Capacity: The villa accommodates a maximum of 18 to 21 guests. Please confirm
the number of occupants at the time of reservation.
Music Hours: Music is permitted until 10:30 pm in accordance with local regulations.

Check-In Requirements: Guests must provide a valid photo ID with an address for all
occupants at check-in. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry without a refund.
Foreign Guests: For foreign nationals and Non-Resident Indians, a passport and valid
Visa/PIO/OCI card are required.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Property Damage: Any damage to the property will incur penalties.
Swimming Pool Hours: The pool is open from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. Guests must wear

appropriate swimwear; pool towels will be provided by the villa.
Indoor Games: Available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Liability Disclaimer: The owner and villa staff are not liable for accidents, injuries, or
losses to guests or their belongings.
Driver and Maid Accommodations: Dormitory facilities for drivers and maids are not
available.
Room Sharing: If not all rooms in the villa are booked, the property will operate on a
sharing basis.
Policy Amendments: The owner reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions
with prior notice to guests.
