Guest Policies for Your Stay at Ocean Forest Infinity
Security Deposit:Upon check-in, a security deposit is required—Rs. 20,000/- for brief
stays (via cash or credit card hold) and Rs. 50,000/- for extended stays (cash only).
This deposit covers any damages or missing items.
Substance Use:The use of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited.
Smoking Guidelines:Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Indoor
smoking is not permitted and will incur a cleaning fee of Rs. 10,000/- per room for
deodorizing.
Visitor Restrictions:We uphold a strict no-visitor policy. It is essential to provide
accurate guest details at booking and upon arrival. Access will be denied to anyone not
listed in the original reservation.
Pet Policy:While pets are generally not allowed, exceptions can be made for specific
pets with prior approval from our booking team, potentially at an additional charge.
Noise Control:Our villa is situated in a quiet residential area. To maintain a peaceful
atmosphere, loud music and parties are not allowed after 10 PM.
Family-Focused Environment:Designed for families and couples, we kindly ask
guests to follow our house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Internet Access:Stay connected with our high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the
villa.
Cleaning Services:Daily cleaning is provided, with linen replacement every other day
