Check-in and Check-out Guidelines
Check-in: Anytime after 1 PM
Check-out: By 10 AM
Food Policy: Please note that outside food is not permitted in the villa.
Kitchen Access: Guests may not access the kitchen unless prior permission has been
granted for infants.
Guest Policy: The villa cannot accommodate extra guests or visitors during the day.
Event Restrictions: Groups celebrating bachelor parties or stag events are not allowed.
Noise Control: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and loud music should
cease after 10 PM.
Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is permitted; however, we encourage moderate
consumption.
Prohibited Activities: Any illegal actions—including drug use or possession of firearms
—are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa and in guest rooms.
Pool Safety: The pool is unsupervised, and children must be accompanied by an adult
at all times.
Personal Property: Guests must look after their valuables; management is not
responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Identification Needed: Guests aged 18 and above must present a government-issued
photo ID with their current address, such as an Aadhar Card, Driving License, or
Passport.
Behavior Expectations: Inappropriate behavior or violation of house rules may lead to
booking cancellation or expulsion.
Special Events: For events like weddings or significant celebrations, prior approval
from management is required, and additional fees may apply for setups and clean-ups.
