4. Event Restrictions:Bachelor groups and stag parties are strictly prohibited.
5. Noise Regulations:Parties and loud music are discouraged after 10 PM.
6. Alcohol Guidelines:Alcohol is allowed but should be consumed in moderation.
7. Prohibited Activities:Illegal activities, including drug use and possession of firearms,
are strictly forbidden. Management will report any such actions to authorities.
8. Smoking Policy:Smoking is not allowed inside the villa or in the rooms.
9. Pool Safety: The pool is unsupervised; children must always be accompanied by an
adult.

10. Personal Belongings:Guests are responsible for their valuables; management is not
liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
11. Identification Requirements: All guests over 18 must provide a government-issued
photo ID with an address (e.g., Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport).
12. Behavior Expectations: Inappropriate behavior or rule violations may result in booking
refusal or expulsion.
13. Special Events: For events like weddings or milestones, prior approval from
management is required, which may involve additional fees for arrangements and cleanup.
