Lavender Woods boasts five well-appointed bathrooms, including one private open-air
shower area. Nestled amidst the Sahyadri mountain ranges, it promises a tranquil escape
with all the amenities you need, while retaining its rustic charm.
For indoor entertainment, you can enjoy carrom, board games, and a giant-sized chessboard.
Outdoors, indulge in activities like swimming in the pool, relaxing in the gazebo with
panoramic mountain views, or unwinding in the sunken jacuzzi (chargeable). Additional
features include a bonfire area (chargeable), a meditation and yoga space called “The Cave,”
a peaceful fish pond, selfie points, and a plantation that stretches across half an acre,
complete with a Hukka and chill point in the center.

Liability Disclaimer
Lavender Woods is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, death, unforeseen events, or
any logistical or utility failures that may occur during your stay.
Responsible Stay

We request all guests to respect the property and staff. Please be mindful of the house rules
to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Music & Noise
Music is allowed within reasonable limits. However, outdoor music is strictly prohibited after
10:00 PM.
Restrictions on Parties & Activities
The first floor is not to be used for parties or dancing, as it may damage the structure and
pose a safety risk.
Smoking & Furniture Use
Smoking and the use of hookah inside the villa are not permitted. Please refrain from
dragging furniture around to avoid damage.

Payments
All payments must be cleared before check-in. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is
required at the time of check-in to cover any potential damages to the property.
Identification
All guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Pool Guidelines
Pool timings are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Breakable items are prohibited in and around the
pool. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Wildlife Warning
Given the forested location of the property, there is a rare possibility of encountering
dangerous or poisonous animals or insects. Guests should exercise caution.
Property Etiquette
Guests are prohibited from plucking flowers or fruits from the property.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the villa is not liable for any loss or
theft.

Kitchen access is not available to guests.

Cancellation Policy
1–3 hours: 35% of the booking amount will be charged.
3–6 hours: 75% of the booking amount will be charged.
After 6 hours: Full payment will be charged.
Power Backup
In case of a power outage, the backup generator will run for up to 8 hours, covering basic
amenities. However, it will not power the jacuzzi.

Professional Events & Shoots
No professional events or photo/video shoots are allowed without prior permission from the
management.
